Julian Allinson has been immersed in the theory and practice of intellectual property and commercial contracts laws since graduating with a LL.M. from the University of Cambridge in 1991.

Julian is highly accomplished in drafting, scrutinising and negotiating commercial contracts ensuring that our clients' interests are fully reflected in the terms. Julian has a keen understanding of substantive and procedural Intellectual Property laws, and benefits from having led many hundreds of IP licence deals and the creation of many new companies, especially University spin-outs.
